All advance tickets purchased online are E-Tickets (Also known as Door Collection Codes or paperless tickets) This is simply a reference code that you will be required to present at the door (instead of handing over a piece of paper, you simply give your name and code). It will be valid for the number of people you have paid for I.E. one e-ticket or code may be valid for 4 people. It is helpful if all the members of your group arrive at the venue at the same time.

E-tickets are issued by email, text and/or phone and eliminate the need for post. Some promoters no longer print paper tickets meaning everyone attending the event will have an e-ticket. This reduces paper waste and is more environmentally friendly.

Avoiding the need to post items removes problems associated with having to be in to sign for goods or worse, items going missing. It also means you can often book tickets just minutes before an event begins.

How to book an e-ticket - a full guide
To book, choose the event you would like to attend in the usual way and select how many tickets you need. You will be offered the option of having your e-ticket text to your mobile in addition to the email we send you.

The items you have selected will be placed into your trolley and you will see the icon in the top right hand corner change. When you are ready, you will need to click 'To Checkout' where you will have to login or register with the site if this is your first visit.

We charge £1 to set up your e-ticket. This is to help with our processing costs and the extra security involved with e-tickets.

Once you have paid through our ultra-secure servers, your e-ticket will be sent to you by email (and text if you selected this option).

Your e-ticket corresponds with a list at the door, so simply arrive at the venue and give the reference number in order to gain entry for the number of people you`ve paid for.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the unlucky situation that an event is cancelled, a full refund will automatically be reissued within 72 hours.

All events are for those aged 18 years of age and older, unless otherwise clearly stated. A refund will not be given if an individual has been unable to prove they are 18 years of age or older with valid ID.
